Rooms & Rates

The Pumpkin Patch B & B features private bedrooms with private baths. The Edythe and Martha rooms are named after family loved ones. The Mountain View is named for the lovely mountain view. See the individual rooms for rates.

The Martha room is located on the main floor and features a Queen size bed and twin size bed with a private bath with a shower tub.

The rate is $150 per night plus 9% tax for double occupancy (2 guests). An additional guest can be accommodated for $35/night extra, with a one time extra bed setup fee of $25.

The Edythe room is situated on the second floor of the Pumpkin Patch featuring a working fireplace and a Queen size bed, private bath with shower tub. So, even though the bathroom is a short walk, it is private along with the upstairs study. The Edythe room is a suite.

The rate is $170 per night plus 9% tax for double occupancy (2 guests). An additional guest can be accommodated for $35/night extra, with a one time extra bed setup fee of $25.

The Mountain View is located in the back quarter of the Pumpkin Patch . An outside stairs brings you to a raised deck on the second floor where chairs make it possible for you to relax - enjoy a morning cup of coffee and the day's newspaper. The large open room features a living area with a small entertainment center with Direct-TV on one side. The opposite side has a king size bed and double size bed with a walk-in closet/dressing room. There is a comfortable eating area with a small microwave and refrigerator, a coffee maker, dishes, and flatware. This room has a private country style bath with shower and an antique style sink.

The rate is $190 per night for double occupancy (2 guests), $225 per night for triple occupancy (3 guests), and $260 per night for quadruple occupancy (4 guests). All rates add 9% tax. Extra guests above this can be accommodated for $35/night extra, with a one time extra bed setup fee of $25.

In cooler weather, all Pumpkin Patch beds have Berkshire Blanket Microloft Sheets (soft and warm) for your sleeping enjoyment. All rooms feature wireless internet access.
